Authorized Official Information

The signing individual of this form must be an Authorized Official for the organization.

Definition of Authorized Official

An Authorized Official is an individual with the legal authority to act on behalf of a business organization in legal and financial matters. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Primary Ownership: The individual possesses primary ownership of the organization.
2. Delegated Authority: The individual has explicit permission from the owner(s) to sign documents and act on their behalf.
